Job description for Motion Designer at Nice To Meet You Studio
Job Description:
- Merancang motion graphic untuk media digital
- Memberikan ide, solusi dan juga konsep kepada klien/designer/PM mengenai ekspektasi dan realisasi dari perencanaan storyboard maupun transisi motion.
- Membuat maupun membantu proses pembuatan storyboard.
- Mentranslasi storyboard menjadi animasi dengan kualitas yang baik.
- Menjaga konsistensi transisi/gerakan dari awal hingga akhir video
- Memilih musik yang sesuai dan mampu membuat animasi/transisi bergerak sesuai irama musik.
- Menyusun dan foldering aset.
Requirement:
- Mampu mengoperasikan Adobe AE, Premier, dan Audition
- Mampu mendesain aset visual yang dibutuhkan dalam pembuatan motion
- Memahami dan mampu mengaplikasikan Design Principles (Hierarchy, Layout, Typography, dsb)
- Memiliki design proses yang baik, mulai dari membaca dan memahami brief, mengecek aset motion, proses editing, hingga hasil akhir
- Mampu membuat hasil animasi dengan pergerakan yang natural sehingga membuat interface terlihat lebih organik
- Menentukan durasi yang sesuai agar informasi terbaca dengan baik
- Menjaga konsistensi transisi/gerakan dari awal hingga akhir video
- Mampu menjaga proporsi gerakan objek sehingga tampilan akhir tidak terlihat berlebihan
