- Min. 2 tahun pengalaman dibidang Marketing Industry (Market Insight, Marketing Analyst, dan Marketing/Brand Strategist)
- Pernah menjadi leader untuk team
- Memiliki kemampuan untuk meningkatkan brand awareness marketing, digital campaigns dan market share
- Memahami dunia fashion
- Analitis, logis, kreatif, inovatif dan solutif
- Enterpreneural-minded to hit goals, targets, and increase revenue
- Digital savvy is a must
Job Description:
- Melakukan market research, competititor watch dan menganalisa produk
- Mengelola staf departemen marketing
- Membuat strategi marketing mulai dari perencanaan sampai dengan eksekusi marketing plan
- Mengembang materi promosi dan merekomendasikan promotion partner (KOL, Media, Brand atau pihak ketiga)
- Membuat alur operasional campaign
- Membuat laporan dan analisis dampak dari strategi campaign
- Bekerja sama dengan tim untuk terus melakukan evaluasi guna meningkatkan engagement
- Merencanakan dan melaksanakan inisiatif pemasaran online dan offline strategis untuk mencapai KPI
