- Drive Demand Generation campaigns that align to product, sales, and business priorities - centred on inbound with digital-first mindset
- Develop integrated omnichannel marketing campaign with the right mix of marketing resources (ie. landing pages, messaging playbooks, digital ads, etc.)
- Work with internal teams (eg. PR, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Ops, Sales Support, Product) to prepare and launch the campaigns
- Communicate the campaign plan and roadmap to relevant business unit and sales leaders
- Ensure all front-liners (eg. Sales, Telesales, DB Marketing, Customer service etc.) are trained to handle all inquiries and leads management processes
- Provide performance report and analysis to the business leader
- Demonstrated high competency in launching high impact demand generation campaigns
- Proven experience in developing massive lead acquisition campaign to support hyper business growth
- Holistic understanding in marketing domains and disciplines to create brand awareness, drive product adoption, and develop multi-channel / multi-touchpoint marketing plan,
- Familiar with campaign execution, reporting, and CRM tools
- Experience in a global and regional role, dealing with and managing multiple countries/regions
- Strong stakeholder, agency, & vendor management skills
- Experience promoting and marketing Professional Services, EdTech, Training, or Education solution
