KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
· Assist the team in digital strategy development.
· Develop digital content plan to publish through brand channels in accordance with brand plans.
· Manage and maintain the company channels including: websites, social channels, digital accounts, CRM system and Newsletter.
· Manage and coordinate with designer for the creation of relevant and engaging digital content tailored to each platform to optimize the content performances, brand objective and cost.
· Coordinate with other departments to devise digital advertising campaigns to reach expecting targets while maintaining the consistent digital brand presence.
· Manage and communicate with digital vendor to ensure the efficient and clear plan with digital vendor (service provider, platform subscription).
· Organize & maintain merchandise and contents on website (including product description, 2D / 3D files, spec sheets, images, etc.)
· In charge of payment terms, schedule of digital-related services and campaigns.
· Analyze and report monthly on digital marketing and share insights with the team to devise optimization plans.
· Stay abreast of digital trends, tools and new technology.
