Job description for Marketing Admin at PT Cerdas Digital Nusantara (CAKAP)
- Preparing, organized and storing information in paper and digital form
- Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
- Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data
- Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
- Create agreement letters to partners
- Work closely with Finance department regarding payment
- Arranging both internal and external events (offline)
- General office management such as ordering stationary.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a marketing administrator, or similar
- Understand how to process data
- In-depth knowledge of financial controls and accounting standards
- Expert in Ms Office and Google Workspace
- Extensive experience in financial reporting
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Superb time management abilities
- Great collaboration and communication skills
- High integrity at workplace
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
