Mintology is a new business operation which is focused on serving up the Mintable core technology to enterprises in a B2B, “Software as a Service” type proposition. This allows large brands to take control of their NFT strategy, whilst not having to build the technology themselves. We call this “NFT as a Service”. The role will be focused on our 4 core product pillars: NFT Launchpad; Promotional NFTs; Gasless Minting; Value Added Services, as well as our strategic partnerships.

Job Description
Reporting to the CEO: Mintology, the Managing Director will spearhead the go to market strategy for our direct & partner sales efforts across a global footprint.
You will be fully responsible for the overall commercial top line revenue budget and will have full control of the P&L to ensure revenue targets are met.
This will include responsibilities for guiding and managing internal stakeholder teams related to Engineering, Marketing, Product and Customer Success.
This role comes with a large degree of autonomy around decision making, roadmap planning and execution, go to market strategy and execution. You should therefore have been successfully managing a complex and rapid growth business in your existing and previous roles.
This is a player / manager role, so you will be expected to be leading and driving large customer pursuit and customer and partner engagement. For example, with our partners: Mastercard, Ripple, Immutable etc.
You should have a commercially minded focus on driving high revenue and profit contributions in all deal flow. Specifically, we are interested in leaders who have built and scaled a SaaS business and are familiar with the key levers and metrics in running a monthly recurring revenue model.
In addition, a crucial element will be driving large scale partnerships on a revenue share model; therefore, you must have experience and can demonstrate outcomes based on running and managing third party monetization programs with the world’s largest brands and IP owners.
You will be part of the senior leadership team and will be expected to provide regular contributions to the management team on steering and guiding the business for success.

What you will accomplish:
- Your primary goal is to work in tandem with the team to ensure Mintology hits its financial revenue objectives
- You will be measured on Total Contract Value (TCV) deals closed and Incremental Monthly Recurring Revenue (IMRR) with the overall goal of achieving significant $USD contributions to the top line
- Be responsible for a revenue number and for building, training, and nurturing a team of sales professionals and partners
- Develop your go to market strategy around specific market verticals, use cases and target accounts
- Strategy broken down in clearly defined plans to hit internal Objectives and Key Results (OKR’s) measured monthly, quarterly, and yearly
- Work with internal teams to support the growth: planning, resourcing, execution and nurturing teams, tools, processes
- Reporting cadence weekly, monthly, and quarterly is expected with key KPI and OKR objective analysis and review
- To be the face of Mintology in PR and events
- Work with partners, channels, resellers as necessary to enable you to multiply your impact
- Manage a customer feedback loop regarding customer satisfaction and retention ( Net Promoter Score)
- Work with the Product Management team on market research across the product spectrum to fine tune the offering and plan the product roadmap
- Work with our Growth Marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across all online B2B channels
- Work with our CRM system to plan email marketing & campaign management to prospect base, to manage education and conversion strategy
- Ensure all inbound leads which are generated are well qualified and that the correct resources are allocated adequately and prioritized based on success metrics for closing
Qualifications
Key Requirements
- You have a Business Degree or similar related field from a top tier recognized University
- You have deep prior experience in growing a SaaS business as one of the early employees in a high growth business
- Must have a passion for NFTs, understand the landscape and adoption cycle
- Ideally a track record working within the blockchain technology with a minimum of five years credible experience
- Most of your career has been focused on B2B2C SaaS propositions selling into some of the world largest brands across multi verticals
- You are well tenured and have a demonstrable track record of hitting and overachieving your targets
- You have a positive mindset, attitude to win and are tenacious and hungry for success
- You are well organized and can run your business without too much management overhead
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environment, a highly organized “doer,” with a bias towards action
- You have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- You are adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders and thrive in matrix environments.
