Job description for Manager Teknik at Pt Qinfa Mining Industri
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil , Mining Engineering or in another equal degree -Max is 40 years old.
- Having a minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering in the Hauling Road for the mining industry is preferred. Experienced in the calculation of all construction costs of Indonesia Projects.
- Familiar with the construction procedures, construction methods, Engineering quality standards, and safety technical knowledge of COAL TRANSPORTATION ROADS.
- Familiar with Indonesian construction regulations and various provisions of engineering contracts, and be able to participate in the bidding, bidding, and contract negotiations. -Fluent in Mandarin is a must (oral and written).
- Strong leadership, analytical skills, results-oriented, supervisory, team development, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Auto Cad, Mining Programs (AutoCAD, Mine scape), another design program.
- In-depth multi-tasking capabilities and conversant with project Mining Industrial, Engineering Procedure and techniques (mining management principles, planning, operation, flow, geology, HSE, financial, business, and management).
- Able to identify, develop, and maintain effective appropriate work methods and productions
- Assist and be responsible in the Civil Engineering field in supervising infrastructure development projects.
- Can operate Structural Analysis Software and 2D and 3D Drawing Software create engineering design
- Prepare construction work plans, schedules, supervise construction work, and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports -Responsible for strategically mining stages in order to achieve the most effective cost and according to the scope of work.
- Review of the short-term, middle-term, and long-term mining operational strategy and plan.
- Responsible to reach production targets set by management through an increase in productivity level effectively, efficiently, and safely.
- Responsible for a day-to-day operation in terms of managing the mine activities in order to achieve the target as defined by the company from time to time.
- Managing accurate records of project progress and a strong focus on effective planning and continuous improvement.
- Provide updated information related to mining regulations; provide advice and recommendation for management, related to mining business operations that comply with mining regulations.
- Minimizing the level of accidents in the field by paying attention to aspects related to the scope of work.
