Human Resource & Administration Manager
You will supporting full spectrum of Human resources execution from Payroll, Performance Management, Recruitment and Administration.
· Ensure new hires are enroll into accounting system for pay slips issuance and enrolling them into payroll system in accordance statutory and company’s requirement.
· Provide guidance to managers on managing performance issues at all levels, including performance coaching and performance improvement plans, and providing support with staff exits when necessary
· Manage the annual performance review and annual salary review & promotion recommendations
· Coach and provide guidance to managers on managing performance issues at all levels, including performance coaching and performance improvement plans, and providing support with staff exit when necessary
· Responsible for end-to-end recruitment from sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing to offering the best talent in the market for the company.
Administrator & Office Manager
· Ensure HR activities and advice comply with relevant business policies and ethical standards, legal business obligations and legislations
· Support the establishment and development of HR best practices, and implement and communicate HR policies and procedures in line with the company’s systems
· Update & maintenance of employees record (including leave management) in the Human Resources information system and personnel files management
· Managing SOPs for office and regulations
