Job description for Manager Customer Relationship Management at Pt. Gawe Becik Nadhah Anugrah (genah)
- Identify and analyze customer behavior to provide and develop lifecycle loyalty programs in all CRM platforms such as Marketplace & Whatsapp
- Initiate membership communications, including developing newsletter content, Whatsapp blasts, event announcements, awareness of member benefits
- Perform deep dives including full-funnel analysis, content effectiveness measurement, to improve the CRM team's effectiveness.
- Provide analysis of existing programmatic and membership materials as well as membership retention rates and opportunities for improvement
- Identify and develop relationships with a new prospective customer
- Coordinate with the IT team for the development of the CRM system. Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree from any major, Preferably Management, Communication, or Marketing
- 3+ years of experience minimum as SPV CRM Marketing or Marketing Automation role, preferably experienced in B2C (Brand to Customer)
- Business awareness & target oriented
- Experience in managing teams is a plus.
- Have knowledge in the field of health products
- Analytical thinking with a familiarity in CRM or lifecycle goal setting, KPI development, and overall program measurement
- Good working knowledge and understanding of consumer journeys and digital channel
