QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
ㆍEducation: Graduated from university
ㆍAge/Gender: Any
ㆍPerson who can communicate actively
ㆍFluent English (or Korean) communication
ㆍExperience of freight forwarding, customs clearance, and cross-border logistics in general
ㆍExtensive understanding of fulfillment & transportation landscape in Vietnam
RESPONSIBILITIES
ㆍResearch on the logistics industry and potential market
ㆍCheck the data and analyze it appropriately, interpret it correctly and make good recommendations based on it
ㆍPrepare a report with high quality and send it to the board of directors or other department heads
ㆍPerforming other duties by manager's request
ㆍLiaise and negotiate with customers, suppliers, partners
ㆍA logistics manager to be responsible for the overall customs clearance and transportation management
ㆍThe goal is to manage the entire order cycle to enhance business development sustainability and customer satisfaction
ㆍControl and manage the operation team to handle customs clearance and deliver cargo smoothly
ㆍExpand logistics partnership network
ㆍUnderstanding cross border logistics platforms
ㆍMobility platform information research and other work
PREFERABLE
ㆍGood negotiation skills to arrive at agreements that benefit the organization
ㆍProven working experience as a logistics manager
ㆍGraduated university at least, prefer to Transportation Major
ㆍHave general knowledge of logistics warehouse, transportation
ㆍGood planning & organization, high sense of responsibility
ㆍHave network relationship with customs and local authorities
ㆍUnderstand, update and know well about customs law
ㆍA person who is knowledgeable and proficient in all aspects of logistics, including the transportation business
ㆍ3-5 years of experience
