Job description for Legal Manager (Litigation) at Travelio
- Analyzing Legal Cases and Giving opinions based on legal aspect
- Coordinate in handling cases
- Representing the company for any disputes and litigation
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and internal users such as Operation, Business Development, Sales, HR Department
- Supervise the work of the legal counsel (General Matter) in the review and finalization of general contracts of the company.
- Develops and maintains strong contracts with the regulator for any issues related to litigation, customer complaints and labor
- Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university with major in Business Law
- Minimum 5+ years working experience in the relevant position
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge of the current industries standards.
- Experienced in litigations and dispute resolutions, commercial and governmental affairs
- Ability to learn quickly, attention to detail, prepared to be involved in the business process and to drive improvements
