Job description for Lead UX/UI at Pt Saga Digital Studio
Responsibility
- Act as product design consultant: direct a customized UX UI approach (in both website and app) that can fullfill client’s needs.
- Supervise and lead UX design and UX research, and UI process.
- Lead design iteration / improvement by conducting research and data analysis.
- Lead a team of UX and UI designers.
- Supervise technical team in design implementation.
- As a leader / manager: ensure the designer's growth, development, and performance.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in the UX/UI industry.
- Portfolio of building great website and app design is required.
- Strong UX UI design and research capabilities, as well as experience in design interation.
- Previous experience working with technical teams.
- Excellent people management, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent in Bahasa & English, both oral and written.
