Position Overview:
We are searching for an experienced Lead Engineer specializing in Full Stack Mobile Application development to join our talented technology team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications, utilizing your expertise in React Native, Swift, and Android. The Lead Engineer will play a pivotal role in shaping our mobile app strategy and delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and develop project plans.
- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native, Swift, and Android technologies.
- Lead application testing and bug fixing
- Create and maintain a scalable and efficient full-stack architecture for mobile applications.
- Lead code reviews, ensuring code quality, adherence to best practices, and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional user experiences.
- Integrate with backend services and APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and feature functionality.
- Monitor application performance and identify and resolve issues and bottlenecks.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in mobile app development.
- Assist in recruitment efforts by participating in interviews and evaluating technical skills.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly report to management team regarding the progress and performance of each team member
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Mobile Application developer with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong proficiency in mobile app development using React Native, Swift, and Android.
- Comprehensive knowledge of full-stack architecture, including frontend and backend development.
- Experience leading and managing development teams.
- Proficiency in RESTful API integration and understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle, code versioning, and Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Located in or willing to work in the Yogyakarta area.
- Willingness to commit to a 6-month probation period with the potential to transition to a permanent employee OR a 1-year contract after successful completion.

Salary:
The salary for this role ranges from 8.500.000 to 16.000.000 IDR, commensurate with experience and skills.
