Job description for L2 Data Engineer at PT. Aigen Global Teknologi
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced L2 Data Engineer to join our team. As a Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our MS SQL Server System for Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW). Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain MS SQL Server systems for Enterprise Data Warehousing.
- Implement and optimize ETL processes using SSIS.
- Create and enhance reports using SSRS.
- Ensure the high availability (HA) and disaster recovery capabilities of the system.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to client-server architecture and networking concepts.
- Provide L2 support for computer troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Implement and adhere to IT Service Management (ITSM) practices.
- Engage in solution engineering and architecture.
- Practice Good Documentation Practices (GDP) for all configurations and changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology Information or a related field.
- Proven experience with MS SQL Server for EDW.
- Strong understanding of client-server architecture, networking concepts, and computer troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.
- Experience with SSIS and SSRS.
- Familiarity with High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DRC) concepts.
- Microsoft Certified: Data Management and Analytics (Solution Expert).
- Excellent documentation skills following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Solution engineering experience.
