Job description for KOL Specialist at Magnus Digital Indonesia
- Create influencer marketing strategies and campaigns for existing clients and client pitch
- Build and maintain a relationship with talent managers, agents, and KOL directly to execute digital brand activations and branded content campaigns
- Build an influencers platform/influencers database
- Research and identify key influencers across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences
- Negotiate costings appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement Implement influencer engagement campaigns by liaising and coordinating with influencers and bloggers on their requirements, timeline, and deliverables
- Track, analyze, and report the impact of social media, blog, and influencer marketing activities
- Monitor social media feeds of competitors and influencers to gauge trends and inspiration
- Coordinate and work closely with related team for influencer inquiries
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- 3+ years experience working within influencer marketing project
- Ability to project manage and multitask, in a dynamic and result-oriented environment
- Enthusiastic about social media trends and understanding audience segments
- Experience handling Influencer Marketing Project, Blogs, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Tiktok, and any other social platform
- Preferably having good knowledge and influencer network
- Comfortable with using data to derive actionable insights
