Job description for KOL Specialist at Sagensie Corporation
Responsible to coordinate with creative and account team in order to create a campaign, advert, and other marketing and entertainment materials that are needed in related with influencer marketing, cast talent, guest speaker, and other form of Key Opinion Leader (KOL)
A KOL and Talent Specialist need to broaden their network of KOL, influencers, talent managers and management, agencies. They need to be confident enough to negotiate a better rate and deal for every project.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support the various needs of the influencer marketing, digital and social media, and creative production team as directed
- Lead the execution of influencer marketing campaigns for clients
- Develop innovative, creative, and unique approaches to influencer marketing
- Liaise with creative production team, digital team, account team, and clients regarding influencer marketing strategy and content creation
- Develop recommendations for client to further expand their influencer marketing campaigns
- Recommending, selecting, dealing, arranging meeting/briefing on each influencers / talent to execute the campaign/ project given
- Ensure the quality of each influencer’s post and story align with the brief and timeline
- Ensure the contract term & conditions related (paperwork files) including financial term and payment
- Communicate result and report both internally and to clients
- Lead building and maintaining influencer database
- Build and maintain a relationship / serve as the point of contact with talent managers, agents, publicist, and talent/KOL directly to execute campaign/project.
- Suggesting recommendations to adjust the digital and social media campaigns for optimal results
- Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in various industries and in social media
- Expressive and innovative in their ideas
- Executing tasks with the flair and professionalism needed to push the agency and clients in the right direction
