Purpose of the Role
Kitchen Acquisition is responsible for acquiring new customers to DishServe. This person will be responsible for defining a scalable and sustainable customer acquisition strategy for DishServe also shall be telecaller for every customer in DishServe. In addition, this person will also be responsible for developing the analytics roadmap and optimising conversion rates on DishServe properties.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and acquiring new kitchen partner via outbound cold calls to prospective partners
- Managing database of prospective partners and leads
- Regular check-in with partners for verification and signation approval
- Assisting ad-hoc cross-functional collaborative tasks for the growth team with internal and external stakeholders, which may sometimes involve outdoor supporting activities.
- Provide explanation and presentation of a partnership scheme
- Qualify the partners to understand their requirements
- Define the Customer Acquisition strategy to acquire new customers in a scalable and sustainable manner
- Develop regular acquisition campaigns, including customer targeting on multiple channels, content and offer development, communication strategy and execution
- Understand customer journeys on DishServe.com, develop conversion rate optimisation strategy to improve order rates
- Training and onboarding Kitchen Partners and tracking and highlighting of customer trends
- Work with relevant teams to develop / on board required tools
- Provide performance analysis and recommendations for performance improvements
- Support other teams with any other tasks in support of overall such as customer strategy, specifically customer insights and product development
Qualification and Requirements:
- Fresh Graduates are welcome/1+ years’ experience in Telemarketing or Lead generator, especially in Kitchen Acquisition, ideally for B2C brands
- Preferrable Female
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or equivalent
- Excellent understanding of across marketing channels (Google and Facebook Ads)
- Comfortable working with data and basic Microsoft excel
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills and negotiation
