Job description for Key Account Senior Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain Indonesia

toKey Accountabilities:
Execute agreed on activities to respond to sales volume and meet budget guidelines
Analyze market/channel trends, and align with Principal guidelines
Increase revenue through excellent activities execution adhering to the given budget structure
Interact regularly with Principal and Channels to ensure inventory availability, marketing visibility, and sales
Develop relations between company and client following details to ensure quick response to identified problems
Maintain steady in-store visibility to ensure implementation of brand presence and visual roll-out
Plan steadily and arrange work efficiently
Schedule advance working appointments and respond promptly
Responsibilities to Customer:
Work with DSC customers to facilitate a detailed understanding of customer's business requirements related to eCommerce business
Undertake complex data analysis and complete detailed insights of consumer trends and develop a strategy to optimize business growth, using appropriate software tools & techniques, for example, Excel, Power BI
Identify the resources required for the successful implementation of sales and marketing, including the marketing budget.
Establish effective communication chains with the Customer
Create reporting in the form of PPT and perform regular monthly, quarterly, annual business reviews
Responsibilities to Stakeholder:
To work collaboratively with the Account Management team and Operation Team with the aim to convert potential opportunities, and collectively surpass agreed new business budgets
To work with the Project team to implement successful solutions
Maintain a good working relationship with client personnel, especially those at the senior management level.
Develop and maintain relations with existing customers, channels, and 3rd party partners.
Responsibilities to People - Management:
To perform other jobs as assigned by the Key Account Manager and Head of Ecommerce
Develop & maintain supporting team spirit and multitasking capabilities within the team
Responsible for complying with motivation process
Manage the commitment of staff to the achievement targets
