Job description for Junior Consultant at Altha Consulting
Description:
The role as a consultant is to provide advisory services to companies to solve problems, create value, improve growth, and maximize business efficiency and profitability. At Altha, we help our clients bridge the gap between strategic initiatives and implementation with our high quality Risk, IT, and People advisory services.
Responsibility:
- Assisting internal team in several projects of risk and control implementation in technology.
- Assisting internal team to develop ideas to enrich the deliverable's materials.
- Assisting internal team to provide the required documents related to support the meeting.
- Conduct research to support the data analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Accounting, IT, Business, or Science related major from reputable universities, with GPA > 3,50. Hold a Master Degree would be an advantage.
- 1 up to 2 years experience in consulting, project management or related field, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Strong analytical skills and eager to learn new challenges.
- Proactive and able to work in team.
- Pay attention to details.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent report writing skills both in English and Bahasa.
- Have no mobility issues.
