Job Summary
AKRUA is a consulting firm based in Jakarta focusing on providing efficient and cost-effective cloud accounting solutions to our clients. We serve various industries including (but not limited to): hospitality, food-and-beverage retail businesses, real estate, e-commerce, pharmacy, and non-profit organization.
The opening for a staff accountant/junior consultant allows candidates to focus on the implementation of accounting solutions for our clients. You will build and leverage your basic accounting and consulting skills and gain your first experiences as you work the full accounting cycle for our clients. You will work alongside senior staff members and partners to assist in implementing cloud accounting software. You will contribute to client satisfaction by providing timely and responsive value-added services and work products and using individual functional knowledge to ensure work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Duties
Assist in company setup, data review, and data entry in cloud accounting software (Xero, Jurnal. id, and Quickbooks Online).
Prepare financial reports under the supervision of senior staff and/or partner.
Document and analyze client's business process and potential process improvements.
Develop drafts of deliverables to clients in English and Indonesian.
Support senior staff and partners in project management activities.
Qualifications and Skills
Male/Female, between 22 – 30 years old.
Minimum bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting from a reputable University.
Have a strong analytical, multi-tasking ability, good communication skills, and can work independent as well as in a team.
Fresh Graduates must have basic knowledge of Accounting.
Fluency in English (written and verbal).
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
