- National Accounts | Grow the sales of YOUVIT within the Jabodetabek based portfolio of National Accounts (NA) including Pharmacy, Hyper & Supermarket, Non-food channels & Mini Markets. Amongst others, channels like Watson, Guardian, K-24, Kimia Farma, Century, Ranch & Farmers, Lion Superindo, Hero Group, Carrefour, Matahari Group, Gramedia, Ace Hardware, Ramayana, Toys Kingdom and Alfamart
- Local Accounts | Penetrate and grow the sales of YOUVIT within the Jabodetabek based portfolio of Local Accounts (LA) including Local Key Accounts (LKA), Mini market (MM), Baby shops (BS), General Trade (GT) and Apoteks (A). Amongst others, channels like Hari Hari, TipTop, GS Retail, Total Buah, Naga and miscellaneous MM, BS and GT outlets.
- Market Entrance | Built plan of approach to grow sales in LA’s including mapping functional store universe, sales forecasting, budgeting, and a creative sales & marketing plan including a mix of trade/consumer promotions, visibility and event organizing.
• Distribution Management
- Distribution | Closely coordinate distribution operations, grow the sales and increase the coverage in collaboration with our 5 distributor partners in the national area: PT AAM, PT MHF, PT SMD, PT DXP, PT SDI.
- Relationship | Work closely with distributors, retailers and institutions to grow sales and built strong relationships in support of the above.
- Operations | Have a passion for being in the field and on the move 24/7!
- Sales Team| Train, develop and improve the performance of a sales team consisting of 5 Team Leaders, 14 SPG’s & 20 Merchandisers in support of worldclass sales operations.
- Development | Built SOP’s and train local sales team on product knowledge, selling skills and performance reporting.
- Event | Initiate and support the organisation of sales and marketing events both in-store as in public areas to grow strong brand awareness.
- Sales Marketing | Ensure in store team operations and sales and marketing promotions are properly executed.
- SOP’s| Develop, structure and socialize new Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) in order to optimize in-POS sales KPIs including stock levels, product visibility and merchandising availability across 45.000+ stores by December 2020.
- Team work | Be ready to jump in and help out on many other related topics.
• Solid academic background;
• A minimum of 6 years of work experience in a fast-paced work environment, experience in distribution management in FMCG or Pharma Industry;
• Having exposure in managing independent pharma accounts will be preferred;
• Excellent communication and writing skills; Good command in English and Bahasa Indonesia;
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills - 'getting-things-done' over a process driven mentality; systematic thinking, strong analytical, communication and excellent problem-solving skills;
• High moral standards and personal qualities of integrity, credibility, commitment to the business;
• Able to work within an ambiguous and fast-paced environment;
• Strong feeling of responsibility.
