About This Role
We’re looking for a Job Acquisition Executive to join our Growth team, to help grow our company in Taiwan.
The Mission of this role is to drive numbers of job listings on the marketplace in 6 months to build a foundational ratio between jobs and talents for network effects. Ensure the employer user experience on the marketplace is coherent and drive end-quarter customer satisfaction results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acquire Job listings for marketplace (Glints Job Portal): Source and acquire job listings via outbound cold calls or online DM outreach to big name employers, primarily in the tech, digital, and startup sectors.
- Assist in every step of job listing approval process on Houston (Glints’ internal tool for product and marketing operations) and become the direct contact handling employer’s requests on job portal
- Work closely with TW growth marketing manager by providing insights on the employers side and optimize Glint's website for liquidity and user connections on the marketplace.
Who We Are Looking For
- People Person-Love to deal with people and help others. Not feel reluctant to people’s questions. Need to be sensitive enough to uncover the hidden context behind the verbal and non-verbal texture from the feedback and response given by employers.
- Target (Results) Oriented -Aim for high standard output and always strive for better efficiency on the processes to hit the target assigned.
- Adaptive Problem Solving Skill with Sense of Prioritization-Ability to adapt when working under pressure or time constraint and has a way to prioritize the projects assigned and break down the tasks based on day to day situations, quarterly sales (job listings) target and ad-hoc requests.
- High Commitment-Able to execute and deliver against the set targets within a certain period of time targeted.
- Proactively Customer- Obsessed-Shows sensitivity toward customer needs, able to gain deep understanding of users and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Excellent questioning skills- Knows how to collect info in a question format where can help you get objective feedback from the audience without bias. Understands the importance of setting up a hypothesis before collecting the feedback and review.
