Job description for IT SUPPORT at Yubi Technology
Job Description :
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware PC , software POS, and networks.
- Ensuring antivirus on all computer users.
- Perform routine physical and software maintenance for all devices (PCs, laptops and printers).
- Support software and supporting hardware for our customer.
- Have good knowledge about networking.
- Configure [Mikrotik, Router Wireless], Monitoring, and Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and hardware.
- Ensure all infrastructure use in daily operations are in available and reliable condition.
- Have good knowledge about POS.
- Have familiar with any desk, teamviewer, ultraviewer.
- Much have good self management time.
Qualification :
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
- Have in knowledge related to IT Infrastructure, Network and Security Devices
- Have in knowledge of Server/Storage
- Have experience in the installation process, Setting & Programming Private Automatic Branch Exchange (PABX) and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP)
- Have in knowledge and have expertise in installing CCTV, Telephone and Access Control, Fire Alarm
- Have experience to perform Routing, Switching and Network Security processes
- Have in knowledge of Juniper Network, Cisco, and Fortinet.
- Have in knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS, and Sharepoint.
- Have Good Analysis and Problem Solving
- Have strong documentation technical
- Have driving lisensi C
