Job description for IT Service Desk at Busana Apparel Group
- Provide the first level support of user complaints and record into Support Ticket System
- Coordinate with IT Technical Support for Support Ticket assignment until resolved
- Write and send report on the end-users' problems and requests
- Contact User for Problem Solved confirmation
- S1 in related major.
- Experienced 2-3 years in IT Service Desk or minimum 3 years as IT Support
- Have good communication skills
- Have strong logical thinking
- Knowledge in the Basic Technical Support (PC components, Windows, Mail, etc).
- Good in English both oral and written
- Good time management and able to work in a team
