Job description for IT Security Analyst at PT. Global Infotech Solutions
Job Description:
- Reviewing IT security policies set by the company's internal
- Ensure IT security controls and processes are implemented in accordance with Basic IT Policies, Procedures and Standards covering 9 areas: Perimeter Defense, Network Segmentation, Identity and Access Management, Application Security, Endpoint Security, Patch and Configuration Management, Logs and Event Management , Penetration testing and Vulnerability Scanning, and Encryption
- Align and support the tactical adoption of IT security initiatives.
- Ensure IT security assessments and related security tests are carried out for all major projects and initiatives in accordance with IT Security Policies and Standards.
- Ensure IT security risks are identified, communicated and escalated when necessary
- Implement network and application security monitoring for security
- Handling IT Security issues, problem finding and recovery, and reporting issues.
- Act as Primary Support during security issues, reporting recurring/related security issues to Information Security Manager (ISM) for follow up.
- Manage the Account Management system. Ensure that IDs are used, monitored and managed properly, implement the necessary controls and procedures to protect information system assets from unauthorized access
- Manage and review Access Control Matrix for internal company systems.
- Conduct and ensure that IT security assessments and penetration testing are carried out on schedule.
- Ensure that IT Security Patches are tested and applied on schedule
- Review network device, server, application and database configurations and support remediation on any non-standard configurations
- Involve IT DR and ensure adequate IT security matters
- Perform all duties in accordance with all policies and procedures.
Qualification :
- Have experiences in IT and Information Security area.
- Able to identify and analyze information security
- Able to perform security assessment on network and information system
- Able to do digital forensics
- Have experience using SIEM tools
- Having ISO 27001 certification / ICASA is a plus
- Familiar with Scrum and Agile development
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and desire to probe further into data
- BSc in Computer Science or relevant field
