Job description for IT Project Manager at PT. Nusantara Duta Solusindo
NDS is looking for a skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and tracking overall project scope and timeline to ensure projects are delivered on time
- Provide regular communication on project status, schedules, issues, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate between departments to achieve company goals
- Document and record project progression throughout the project lifecycle
- Present multi-project overviews and details to both upper management and development team
Required Skills and Experience
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously with changing deadlines and priorities while staying committed to quality
- Highly motivated and self-driven
- Teach techniques and support effective training for the team
- Ability to work independently, lead and motivate cross-functionally towards project goals
- Proven skills in leadership and management
- Understand project's SDLC
- Microsoft Project, Visio, and other Project Management Tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies along with knowledge of DevOps practice of operations is a plus.
- 2+ years of relevant IT Project Management experience
- Bachelor's degree with minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00
