Key Responsibilies
- Perform hardware (server, pc, laptop, wifi, switch, router, firewall) and software installations, configuration, and maintenance.
- Ensure office infrastructure is secure, highly available, and stable on day-to-day basis which may involve vendors coordination and follow-ups.
- Provides infrastructure related assistance to employees when needed, including but not limited to troubleshooting, software installation, virus removal, data recovery, network access administration.
- Maintain infrastructure related documentations.
Must Have:
- Basic Networking (router, switch, firewall, tcp-ip)
- Familiar with Windows, Linux, and Cisco IOS operating systems
- Familiar with Server / PC installation and troubleshooting
