Job description for IT Commercial Manager at Pt. Infracom Technology
SCOPE OF ROLE:
Responsible for overseeing business growth efforts on behalf of a company. Their duties include conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and client leads, coordinating with company leadership to conduct risk assessments and maintaining beneficial relationships with clients, suppliers and other business partners.
MIAN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end to end sales lifecycle to meet sales revenue target defined by Company;
- Define sales approach the market and to determine the targets that the sales force should achieve and strive to exceed;
- Define Account Strategy to ensure proposal definition meet Customers Business requirement;
- Identify & enhance pipeline according strategy account to meet Sales Target;
- Coordinate with all related parties in order to define effective, competitive and profitable proposal;
- Manage negotiation and persuade customer to meet profitable Business Agreement;
- Engage Customer Relationship and monitor project to ensure sustainability and loyalty;
- Responsible for operational management of the team which creates and executing on plans and reporting activities of the team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any field
- At least 2 (two) years working experiences as Managerial position
- Having experience in IT industry would be advantage
- A good level of technical understanding, with enthusiasm for new technology and its commercial uses - though having technical skills before you start isnt essential
- Self-motivation and a competitive, results-driven attitude
- Clear and effective oral presentation of ideas/recommendation and effective written communications
- Proficient in English both verbal and written
