Job description for IT Business Analyst at PT Chrombit Digital Lab
Responsibilities :
- Develop and analyze functional specifications
- Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs
- Coordinate developers to build and implement technology solutions
- Gather feedback from end-users about system performance
- Plan and oversee projects (e.g. upgrades, hardware/software installations)
- Engage in project implementation & Enhancement.
- Perform analysis and investigation of the system & data.
- Ensuring and monitoring the quality and operation of IT products and services
- Writing documentation for developers
Requirements :
- Knowledge of different IT systems
- Familiarity with standards and procedures related to IT products and services
- Knowledge of system and software development techniques
- Understanding of business practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical mindset
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least <1 year of experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Understanding database concept (Relational Database, Query, Stored Procedure/View, etc)
- Have a good programming knowledge.
