1. Execute and maintain ad campaigns in TenMax products, Facebook, Google Ads.
2. Plan and manage cross-channel advertising campaigns, formulate localized advertising strategies.
3. Analyze data and performance of campaigns, detailed optimization to reaching client's KPI.
4. Co-work with sales managers, account managers, product managers, and on various optimization-related projects.
5. Improve the overall performance of the system.
6. Provide historical data and estimation of performance.
1. Degree in related field
2. Passion for online advertising and/or game-changing technology.
3. Eagerness to work in a startup team environment.
4. Quick learner who loves to pick up new tools/software for reporting and analysis.
5. Cool under pressure and able to concentrate in the middle of any chaos.
6. Creative problem solver, self-motivated and self-driven.
7. You can use Excel with regular usage of pivot table
8. Flexibility to occasionally work at odd hours when necessary (from home).
9. The campaign management team needs to do a weekend shift occasionally
10. Business level fluency in English (TOEIC 750+, GEPT High-Intermediate level, TOEFL 90+, IELTS 6.5+).
1. Digital advertising experience a plus
2. Exposure to online ad serving concepts (CPM/CPA/RTB/ROI), video, mobile, social media is a plus.
