Job description for Internal Audit at PT INDOPERKASA SUKSESJAYA REASURANSI
- Set up annual risk based Internal Audit plans and programs.
- Ensure the implementation of both financial and operational audit plans.
- Responsible for planning and execution of internal audit activities.
- Closely monitor the quality of audit fieldwork implementation and make sure that it can be delivered properly within the schedule.
- Formulate audit results, recommend value added measures or solutions to mitigate risks, prepare audit reports, as well as enhance the team’s performance.
- Candidate must posses at least S1
- Minimum 8 years experiences as an Internal Auditor preferably in Reinsurance Industry
- Have technical skills of internal audit, accounting & taxation basics, internal control, and fraud prevention & detection.
- Strong interviewing, critical thinking and audit reporting written skill.
- Have experienced in Insurance/financial institutions.
- Knowledge of audit methodology standards and procedures
- Knowledge of governance and regulatory requirements
- Have certification in the field of Professionals Internal Auditor
