Job description for Influencer Marketing Manager at Pt Adtree Digital Indonesia
- Responsible for the end-to-end flow process of KOL / Influencer, starting from sourcing, selection, dealing, briefing, and maintaining.
- Responsible for overseeing and communicating Brand pitching and the execution process of the whole campaign.
- Handle and manage KOL/Community to fulfill promotion needs.
- Create reporting campaign and compile insight from KOL/Influencers and coordinate with the data team
- Strategic planning for KOL/Influencer campaign
- Built good relationships with KOL/Influencers
- Create a database for influencers
- Support and coordinate with the social media team
- Track revenue & business performance.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and areas for development.
- Determine the Scope of Work, price, and cooperation contract with selected KOLs/Influencers.
- Able to negotiate costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Active in brainstorming and making campaigns with KOLs/Influencer to increase the metric related to campaign performance
- Responsible for implementing events held in e-commerce (TikTok/Shopee/Lazada/Tokopedia/etc).
- Manage communications and build relationships with media, KOL, and third-party agencies for collaboration of various campaigns/promotions.
- Analyze digital market trend, understand KOLs’ requirements, and has the methodology to pitch them.
- Min. 5 years experience as KOL specialist/manager
- Have experience in Advertising Agency company
- English skills
- Able to WFO
