Job description for Inbound Travel at Besthostels Indonesia
- Handle Clients inquiry.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients throughout entire sales process ( pre and post travel).
- Design, Craft, and Curate personalized itineraries for clients.
- Contact and maintenance relationship with third parties in the tourism industry (Hotels, Suppliers, transport, restaurant, etc)
- Report any updates to Lead Growth.
- Collaborate closely with all teams to ensure clients experience.
- At least 1-3 year experience in travel consultant, inbound travel, tourism industry or related field.
- High Motivated, good communication skill, capable to work in a team and independently.
- Strong sales skills and target oriented.
- Eager to learn and understand the market and client needs.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa and English (both written and spoken).
