- Providing services to employees such as counseling, coaching, and mentoring to help them develop their skills and reach their goals
- Developing and implementing employee training programs that align with company priorities

- Providing human resources support to managers by helping them create job descriptions, hire new employees, and conduct performance evaluations
- Working with staff members to create development plans for employees who are underperforming or who are at risk of being terminated
