Our holding company is looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager who will be deployed at one of our sister companies. You will be in charge of Recruiting, Training & Development, as well as Payroll.

About the role:
The HR Manager continuously screens and identifies potential candidates for the various departments and ensures an engaging and optimal experience for employees.
Responsibilities:
- Define the organization needs, post job ads and manage the selection process, actively headhunt to bring in the talents and to find the best cultural and skills fit for the company across all business verticals
- Anticipate talent requirements by actively developing a strong pipeline of top talent and consistently maintain good relationships with potential candidates
- Always maintain updated Job Descriptions and scorecards and follow company frameworks and SOP on recruitment and people management in general
- Maintain, update and ensure accuracy of all HR records, systems, user guides and internal policies
- Discipline and handle termination of employees as per the company policy.
- Ensure strong company culture across the company
- Manage the complete onboarding and offboarding process for all employees including the administrative work (e.g. medical and dental claims, insurance matters and monthly headcount reports etc.)
- Ensure completion of performance and salary reviews, own and enforce all people related local standards (annual leave, bonus structure, insurances, etc.)
- Coordinate and organize team building, engagement activities
- Performance management of the teams. Improve morale and productivity of teams.
- Implement policies and guidelines across the company. Ensure employees' adherence to policies and guidelines.
- Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality preferable
- Self-starter
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology or an equivalent education.
- Punctual, Disciplined, Organized
