Job description for Human Capital Manager at PT Health Today Indonesia

- Plans, develops, organizes, implements, directs and evaluates the organization's Human Capital function and performance
- Plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate all culture & engagement programs
- Providing services to employees such as counseling, coaching, and mentoring to help them develop their skills and reach their goals
- Providing human resources support to managers by helping them create job descriptions, hire new employees, and conduct performance evaluations
- Assessing employee needs through performance reviews and exit interviews to identify areas for improvement or intervention
- Supporting managers in handling employee complaints or grievances by providing guidance on company policies or procedures
- Recommending solutions to issues that arise between employees, including conflicts or potential disciplinary actions
- Improving the end-to-end employee journey/ life cycle starts from attraction until off boarding
- Design, develop, organize, and facilitate training programs for employees that align with company priorities.
- Measures and evaluate the impact of available learning programs and propose improvement initiatives
- Understanding and manage employee Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
- Performance appraisal and people development evaluation
- Reviewing employee records to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Manages the budget and other financial measures of the Human Capital department
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources Management or other related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Human Capital / Resources
- Have depth knowledge of human resources policies and procedures
- Experience supervising and managing a professional staff
- Passionate on people development & learning initiatives, including leadership development programs
- Excellent communication, team work, problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training impact
- Have a high degree of ownership and ability to work collaboratively
- Organized, with a strong track record of executing, strategizing, and following through with urgency
