工作內容
-根據企業招聘需求,安排及參與有效的推薦及面談
-具備引導客戶&候選人,溝通協調及處理所有突發狀況的能力
-深入瞭解並分析客戶的職位需求報告
-來源開發,評估面試及挖掘候選人
-及時進行市場狀況分析, 並與客戶進行高質量的匯報及討論
-經營及維護客戶&候選人之間的合作關係

Responsibility
-Lead/conduct business meeting and manage objections
-Set and attend engagement meetings
-Lead and manage difficult situation for clients/candidates
-Attend and co-lead position profile report collection
-Identify search grounds and deliverables
-Source, access, interview and attract candidates
-Timely search updates preparation and lead in discussions with clients
-Preparation of quality documentation
-Manage candidates/clients in negotiation and providing solutions on closing
-Relationship building with clients for return business
