Job description for HRD Staff at Foxquinn
- Max 30 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Human Resource, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1 - 2 years experience HR
- Experience in screening, recruitment, training & development
- Understand HRD systems and procedures
- Have strong leadership
- Detail oriented and able to multitasking
- Good knowledge in Labor Law and government regulations
- Good knowledge in BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Tenaga Kerja & PPH 21
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work under-pressure
- Handling KPI & SOP development & monitoring
- Screening, Recruiting, Training & Development
- Able to administrating and interpreting Psychological Test Tools
- Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters.
- Bridging between management and employee
- Maintain employee data in hardcopy and softcopy, always up to date
- Planning manpower requirements in accordance with organizational developments
- Overcoming under performances of employees
- Good at Administration, excellent at MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Able to design KPI & SOP
- Working Place : Pantai Indah Kapuk, Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara
