Job description for HRBP Retail (Assistant Manager Level) at Social Bella Vietnam
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Closely partner with Country MD and VP of Retail to understand business needs, priorities and organizational development to propose the right and efficient HR Strategies for retail operations including talent acquisition, retention, performance management and talent development.
2. Identify high performing and underperforming talents and support business on retaining key talents and building improvement/ assessment plans for non-performing ones
3. Identify, resolve daily employee relation issues based on agreed Internal Labor Rules. Coach Store leaders on dealing conflicts among employees in the stores effectively
4. Analyze and propose the manpower productivity for retails operations
5. Closely partner with Regional Team for setting up the learning and development programs for retail teams
6. Review effectiveness of employee engagement programs on the floor including incentive, award and bonus programs
7. Work closely with HR Corporate for HR Policies and guidance. Leverage COE resources (TA, C&B and Admin) from HR Corporate for proper execution on the floor
8. Consult VP of Retail on all relevant Human Resource perspectives
9. Manage HR budget for Retail operations within approved budget
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
1. Bachelor Degree from HR Management or Equivalent
2. Experience in HR Management/ proven experience as Human Resource Business Partner
3. Having experience at least 5 years from Retail Industry
4. Having knowledge in retail, beauty, and e-commerce industry
5. Good communication, problem solving, and negotiation skills
6. Experience using computer and Microsoft application
