Job description for HR Staff at Pt Maika Akar Nusantara
- Manage the recruitment process (Job posting, screening CV, assessment, scheduling interviews, interview).
- Responsible for offer letter, contract, and other HR documents.
- Performing administrative tasks.
- Responsible for archive HR documents.
- Manage employee databases and update employee data on HRIS.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Assist HR manager in carrying out their duties.
- Handle BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
- Bachelor degree of Psychology, Human Resources, or any related major.
- Minimum 1 years proven working experience HR Staff, preferably in the media / agency industry.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HRIS - Talenta.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to drive data driven decision making.
