Job Descriptions
- Control and recap employee attendance
- Register and deactivate BPJS employees
- Manage employee lifecycle, such as recruitment process, employee orientation, promotion, administration and promptly update all headcount movements.
- Acquire and retain potential employees
- Manage employee compensation and benefit
- Manage administration, such as employee database, payroll, and taxation
- Coordinate with Leaders to evaluate empoyee perfromance
- Coordinate with management to create and manage Jobdesc, SOPs, contracts and the company's organizational structure
- Providing HR Solutions
- Ensuring all activities in area compliance with company rule/policy
- Implement actions that support team health and safety
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from Psycologhy
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia both spoken and written.
- A minimum 1 years of experience in HR Services and/or HR Operations will be an advantage
- Have good knowledge of local and updated labour laws.
- Understands and practices high employee confidentiality.
- Resourceful, good time management, and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to both internal and external stakeholders, able to collaborate and work with people across different levels from our regional offices.
- Experience with administrative work proficiency in HR tools & knowledge, Google Workspace (G-Suite), Dropbox, Microsoft Office.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta
