Job description for HR Specialist (Recruitment) (Perm/ Internship) at Recruit Express Pte Ltd
• Manage the talent acquisition channels, work with hiring managers on the shortlisting of candidates and interview coordination
• Manage the recruitment process from reference checks, background check, prepare offer letters to ensuring completeness of supporting documents submitted, such as identity cards, passports, certifications and qualifications
• Responsible for the coordination of medical plan enrolment, pre-employment medical, IT and administrative set up of all new employees and updating relevant databases
• Manage onboarding and offboarding
• Monitoring the probation process and confirmation of employment
