Job Desk :
1. Source Kandidat, Media Sosial, Job Portal, Kampus dll
2. Sortir Kandidat Potensial
3. Monitoring kebutuhan posisi di Klien/Mitra
Kualifikasi :
- Wanita/Pria Maksimal 26 Th
- Pendidikan S1 Semua Jurusan,
- Memikiki pengalaman/agang dibidang HR Recruitment menjadi nilai lebih
- Memiliki/terbiasa menggunakan Media Sosial (Instagram Tiktok dll)
- Memiliki daya analisa yang baik
- Siap bekerja dibawah tekanan
- Penempatan PT Mutualplus Head Office - Jakarta Pusat
