Job description for HR Secretary (Mandarin Speaker) at Kalimantan Besi Baja
- Performing general secretarial duties for HR Department, including but not limited to:
- Recruitment process (advertising job vacancy, call for interview, contacting universities, candidate documents, and other related activities);
- Service Requisition and Service Order creation for Medical Check Up, training, and other activities (internal or external);
- Arrange, record and maintain documents of employee, Medical Check Up, training, administrative documents and other activities (internal or external);
- Contact, inform, arrange schedule for employee medical check up;
- Keeping attendance record as well as to record, prepare and issue Work Report of Building Personnel, GA Staff, Operator, and Security;
- Point of receive of employee medical reimbursement;
- Administration and contact person for BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan and Disnaker;
- General Affairs responsibilities (KITAS, TKA, etc);
- Booking travel arrangement for management and other office/field staff on business travel.
- Publishing HR formal or statement letter
- Assisting with company’s event
- Working closely with other department to support their needs
- Hold Diploma (D3) from Akademi Sekretari or Bachelor (S1) from relevant background;
- Fresh graduates or experienced 1-2 years in secretarial role;
- Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills;
- Must have good spoken and written Mandarin and English is a MUST;
- Must have basic to intermediate experience with Microsoft Office;
- Good bookkeeping and filing system;
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability;
- Willing to travel if needed for recruitment;
- Live in Jakarta area
