Job description for HR Lead at AC Ventures
- Plan and coordinate an organisation’s workforce to best use employees’ talents
- Link an organisation’s management with its employees
- Plan and oversee employee benefit programs
- Conduct end-to-end interview process
- Fill the yearly manpower planning
- Oversee an organisation’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
- Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures
- Initiate the employer branding campaign
- Collaborate with the team to build company culture
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably from headhunter agency
- Can work independently
- Have exposure in different functional areas in HR
- Familiar with employer branding
- People oriented and results driven
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Willing to work from our office in Jakarta
