Job description for HR Lead at NTMY
- Oversee all HR activities: recruitment and internal operations of the company
- Responsible for the negotiation process of new trial candidates
- Responsible for making employment contracts: Trial, PKWT, PKWTT, Addendum
- Supervise Quarterly Performance Review
- Make changes to SOPs if needed and or create new SOPs to support the company’s internal processes
- Evaluate HR activities
- Make weekly and monthly reports
- Make a salary report every month
- In charge of quarterly employee incentives
- In charge of resignation process
- Responsible for managing and developing HR team members
- Monthly one-on-one with team members
