Job description for HR GENERALIST at Pt. Kekancan Mukti Group
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties of each team member.
- Responsible for developing and implementing all functions of Human Resources including Compensation Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Management.
- Monitoring attendance data, overtime and employee leave through HRIS.
- Monitoring internal HR databases and make sure all data is updated.
- Maintain asset and ensure the capacity.
- Manage all matters related to general affairs in the company.
