• Conducting recruitment requests
• Researching & scanning new CVs on different sources and proactively contact the Right person. Building relationship to expand Recruitment ability.
• Taking care of schedule interviews & Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities.
• Administering the on-boarding process including new hire welcome & orientation, workplace introduction and onboarding roadmap
2. F.studio's team members Engagement
• Conducting employee engagement activities
• Regular updating of communication channels about these activities
• Engaging with employees to understand the motivation levels of people in the team
3. Assisting other HR functions
• Responsible for the maintenance and execution of all company's training programs & evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
• Conducting HR Campaign, Internship season & Maintaining related channels.
• Responsible for Insurance, labor contracts
• Other duties HR related assigned by manager
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in HR, especially in recruitment field.
• Love working with people
• Can-do attitude, responsive, committed, logical thinking & organizational skills
• Proficient in Vietnamese and English languages
