Job description for HR Division Head at President University
- Implementing and coordinating the preparation of development and management of human resources
- Planning human resource needs
- Conducting the performance evaluations, job analysis, promotions, transfers, grants, punishments, and awards
- Conducting activities to develop and improve employee competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law / Psychology / HR Management (Master Degree preferred).
- Having experience in college / university are preferred.
- Excellent both oral and written english.
- Excellent people management and leadership skills - in recruitment, training and development, coaching, conflict management and performance management
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, interpersonal skills, integrity and approachability, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and detail oriented.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software (HRIS)
