Job description for HR & Admin Assistant at Skinlab The Medical Spa Pte Ltd
- Assist in providing general HR and administrative support to the HR department such as data entry, filing and documentation
- Coordinate with outlet managers and update outlet work schedule in the system on a timely basis
- Assist in recruitment process (including recruitment, on-boarding and orientation)
- Update and maintain employees records in the system
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Preferably diploma in HR/business/admin. Other qualifications will also be considered.
